It is the God I see in you

memories stored in my shoulders
knowledge in my neck
passion in my abdomen
pain in the sockets of my hips

whispers of the truth
ride the wave of the Ujjayi breath

listen to the truth
not mine                         YOURS

Your Body
Your injuries
Your diet
Your sleep
Your breath
           Your truth
           Your Choice

To have awareness
is to be present
is to have clarity
is to breathe consciously
is to actively participate in
the confronting of yourself

Trust the darkness,

light.
