Individual attention is truly one of the best ways to shift your practice and prevent injury, as well as heal any current injuries. One-on-one lessons can support a student's personal physical intention, aspiration to learn arm balances, and/or the desire to learn meditation. It is important to note that injury manifests differently in everyone and needs to be addressed as such. Whether working with a spinal disk injury, a torn rotator cuff, or the myriad of other physical responses to daily stress, private sessions can help you heal your body and teach you how to stay pain free.
